OVW April 2015 SNS Results

This is the OVW Saturday Night Special Report for Saturday, April 4, 2015.

Tonight:
-Mohamad Ali Vaez defended the OVW Heavyweight Title against Eddie Diamond
-Adam Revolver defended the OVW Television Title against Ryan Howe
-Randy Royal & Rump Thump teamed up against "King of Knoxville" Shane Williams & Vic the Bruiser
-Randy Terrez took on the Mexicutioner in a loser leaves OVW match
-Plus more!

Thanks to our special correspondent, Nathan Karpinski, for the recap. Without further ado, here we go...

Your announcers for tonight are Gilbert Corsey & Dean Hill.

"The War Machine": Eric Locker & Big Jon (w/Josh Ashcraft) vs. SK Eveslage & Elvis Pridemoore.
SK tries to hype the crowd up, but gets clubbed from behind by Big Jon. Locker tags in and beats down SK and tags back out to Jon. Jon takes SK down and gets in the ref's face, allowing Josh & Locker to choke SK across the ropes. War Machine double teams SK. Jon distracts the ref again and Locker chokes SK. Elvis tries to run in, but the ref gets him out. As Locker is beating on SK, Elvis enters and attacks him, only to get thrown out. Locker tags Jon in, who chokeslams SK for the 3.
WINNERS: WAR MACHINE by pinfall.

"The Congregation": "Apostle" Jake Glasure, "Altar Boy" Jade Dawson, & "The Pastor of Disaster" Rev. Stuart Miles vs. Dave-Lo, The Assassin, & Leon Shelly. 
Jade & Leon lock-up and Leon gets the upper hand. Quick tag to Dave-Lo, who cranks an armbar and tags Leon back in. Jade tries an Irish whip, but Leon tags Dave back in. Jade tags Jake, who hits a huge suplex, then tags in Stu. Stu hits the "be healed" smacks to Dave in the corner before Jake & Jade double-team him. Jake stomps him before tagging Stu back in. Stu with a slam and a tag to Jade. Dave rolls him up in a small package for 2. Jade charges with a running knee in the corner, but misses. Both crawl to their corners, but Jade tags Jake, who misses a knee on Dave, allowing Dave to tag Leon. Jake goes to hit Leon, but misses and hits Jade. Stu & Assassin both make it into the ring, where Stu tries to heal Assassin, but Assassin catches his arm and hits the big clothesline for 3.
WINNERS: ASSASSIN, DAVE-LO, & LEON by pinfall.

"Rudo" Raul LaMotta vs. Jay Bradley. 
Jay backs Raul into the corner. Instead of a clean break, Jay goes to hit him, but Raul ducks and hits a weak chop. They tie up again and Raul ducks under and hits a chop. Jay gets angry and charges in the corner, but Raul ducks in the ropes. While the ref is pulling Jay back, Raul hits him with a foreign object and hides it. Jay comes back and unleashes a brutal attack, then gets him in the corner and hits a HUGE chop. The crowd chants for him to do it one more time, and he does. After a big boot, Jay signals for the Boomstick and nails it for the 3.
WINNER: JAY by pinfall.

OVW TELEVISION TITLE: "Wrestling's Rockstar" Ryan Howe vs. Adam Revolver (c).
Howe & Adam tie up in the middle of the ring. Howe throws Adam to the mat and Adam goes straight to the ropes. Howe drags him back to the center and locks in an armbar. Adam reverses and tries to grab Howe's injured knee, but Howe kicks him off. They fight to the outside and Adam rams Howe's injured leg into the barricade twice. Back in the ring, Adam covers for 1. Adam removes the kneepad and repeatedly attacks Howe's knee. Adam gets him in a leglock and removes the knee wrap. He drags Howe's leg to the bottom rope and jumps on it. He then repeatedly hits it across the ring apron. On a fourth attempt, Howe kicks him into the barricade and delivers punches and chops on the outside. Howe tries to suplex him, but his leg gives out. Adam takes out the knee and rolls inside to let the ref count Howe out. Howe gets in at 9 and Adam goes back after the knee. Howe fights back and hits a codebreaker and a couple elbows. Howe goes up top, but Adam shoves him off and Howe's knee gets caught in the turnbuckle. The ref gets him down and Adam covers for 2. Adam locks in the Figure Four, and Howe tries to fight out, but Adam keeps cranking and uses the rope for leverage. Howe finally rolls him over to reverse it, but Adam forces a rope break. Adam charges with an elbow in the corner, but Howe moves and hits an armbreaker. Both men get to their feet where Howe hits some big punches before a Thesz press and inverted atomic drop. He throws Adam into the corner, but eats a boot. Howe comes back and hits the Chart Topper, but only gets 2. He locks in the Whammy Bar, but Adam reverses into the sleeper hold. Howe hits a codebreaker and locks the Whammy Bar back in. Adam comes back and tries to lock the Figure Four back in, but Howe kicks him away. Adam pulls the hair and goes out to get the title. As Adam gets back in, Howe kicks him and locks the Whammy Bar back in, forcing Adam to tap.
WINNER and NEW TELEVISION CHAMPION: HOWE by submission.

Vic the Bruiser "King of Knoxville" Shane Williams vs. Rump Thump.
After multiple introductions, Randy Royal is nowhere to be found. Shane tells Rump that he should tuck his tail and quit. Rump says everyone paid their hard-earned money and are going to see a good ol' Kentucky butt-whooping. He attacks Shane, but is grabbed by Vic and double-teamed. The ref backs Vic away as Shane tries to deliver chops. Rump hits a big chop to Shane, but Vic interferes again. Vic is finally back in the corner and Shane gets the upperhand, covering Rump for 2. Rump tries to fight back with some punches, whips Shane into the corner, but runs into a boot. Shane with elbows to the back of the head and a flurry of punches. He runs Rump head first into Vic's boot in the corner. He tags in Vic, who delivers some big shots in the corner, then bites Rump's head. Vic scratches Rump's back, then tags Shane. Rump gets double-teamed and Shane goes to deliver a punch off the ropes, but Rump ducks. Rump hits a double dropkick, knocking Vic from the ring. He hits a Thump in the corner and whips Shane across the ring and over the top rope. He knocks Shane out into Vic and goes outside to get double-teamed. Shane throws him back in and hits an elbow to the back of the head. He goes up top and hits the flying fistdrop for the 3.
WINNERS: SHANE & VIC by pinfall.
After the match, Shane & Vic continue to attack Rump, with Vic hitting a vicious legdrop to the back of Rump's neck. Vic goes out and gets a chair. As Vic distracts the ref, Shane hits a piledriver to Rump on the chair. The doctor comes out, stabilizes Rump's neck and Rump is stretchered out.


LOSER LEAVES OVWRandy Terrez vs. The Mexicutioner.
They start off trading punches until Mex gets the upper hand. He throws Terrez back and forth across the ring hitting double axehandles. Terrez rolls to the apron, and pulls Mex's arm across the rope as Mex reached for him. Mex hits a couple clotheslines and knocks Terrez outside. He goes after him and Terrez scratches him and bounces his head off the stairs. Terrez to the apron and kicks Mex into the barricade. Terrez rolls Mex back in, but Mex comes back with a big punch. Terrez takes out Mex's knee. Terrez works over his knee, punching and kicking it, before wrapping it in the ropes. Mex comes back, punching Terrez in the corner, but Terrez hits a DDT from the second rope for 2. Terrez stomps his hand and works over his arm. Mex hits a big backdrop and clotheslines him over the top rope. Mex hits a spear from the apron to the floor, and both men are down. Ref starts the 10 count, but Terrez is in at 7. Terrez with a couple punches and a neck chop, but Mex hits a spinebuster. He charges Terrez in the corner, but eats a boot. Terrez tries the second rope DDT again, but Mex throws him back to the top rope. They exchange punches until Mex hits a suplex from the top rope. Both men are down again, and Mex rolls over to cover for 2. Mex goes for a spear, but Terrez throws the ref in the way and hits a spinning neckbreaker for 2. Terrez up top and hits a spinning splash. Both men are down. Terrez rolls Mex over for 2. Terrez to the tights for a foreign object. He has second thoughts and throws it out of the ring as Mex hits a spear. Mex covers for 2. Both men are up, and Terrez hits an enziguri. He goes up top, but is stopped by Mex. Mex to the second rope where he hits a German Suplex. He covers Terrez for the 3!
WINNER: MEX by pinfall.
In a show of good sportsmanship, both men raise each other's arms. Mex gets a mic and tells Terrez he loves him and leaves the ring. The crowd chants "Thank You Randy". Randy says he always knew this day would come and this is how it had to be. A real man admits when he was wrong and he has been a poor role model and is sorry to Mex and their fans. He told his family 4 years ago that wherever he went, he'd make an impact. Here, whether in the ring or staying after practice to help others, he always did all he could. Danny Davis is in the ring as Randy talks about his injury 3 years ago. Randy only survived because of the love of his wife, the support of his fans, and hearing his name when he comes out. He thanks Danny, Trailer Park Trash, Rip Rogers, Dean Hill, Gilbert Corsey, and all the people involved. He gets a standing ovation from the crowd. Danny says the crowd reaction says it all. He might have gotten off track, but he fixed it tonight, and he thanks him for making OVW a better place. Randy leaves to the chant of his name.

Dapper Dan & Trevor Steele vs. Iron Motorhead & Rook.
Dan & Trevor attack from behind. They single out Rook and beat him mercilessly. Dan tags Trevor, who slams Rook, hits a legdrop, and tags Dan. Dan with a punch and a Russian leg sweep. He goes for a slam, but Rook fights out and hits a DDT. Dan tags Trevor before Rook can tag to Iron. Trevor beats him down and tags Dan. Dan with an Irish whip and a backdrop. He tags Trevor who goes for a legdrop, but misses. Rook tags Iron. Iron with big punches and a kick before delivering a rock bottom for 2, before the pin is broken up by Trevor. Iron pulls the top rope and rolls Dan up for 3.
WINNERS: ROOK & IRON by pinfall.

OVW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH"White Kryptonite" Eddie Diamond vs. Mohamad Ali Vaez (c) (w/"The Congregation": "Apostle" Jake Glasure, "Altar Boy" Jade Dawson, & "The Pastor of Disaster" Rev. Stuart Miles).
They tie up and EFD powers Ali to the corner. They roll around the ropes to each corner in the tie up. Ali gets EFD in a corner and tries to hit him on the break, but EFD ducks and locks in a headlock. Ali to the ropes to force a break. Ali then locks in a headlock. EFD breaks it and Ali attempts a kick off the ropes, but EFD ducks and comes off the ropes with a kick of his own. EFD with a back elbow off the second rope. Ali to the outside, but EFD brings him in the hard way. He hits a suplex and a back body drop. Stu pulls EFD through the ropes when the ref's back is turned. EFD gets back in, and Ali delivers a headbutt. EFD goes up top, but Ali hangs him up on the top turnbuckle. Ali with a suplex from the second rope. Ali covers for 2. EFD attempts the Cripwalk Crossface, but Ali gets to the ropes. EFD charges him in the corner, but Ali throws him over the top to the floor. Ref counts, but EFD is in at 6. Ali goes to punch, but EFD reverses. EFD to the ropes and jumps over for a sunset flip for 2. Another cover for 2 and Ali throws EFD out again. While Jake distracts the ref, Stu & Jade attack EFD on the outside. Ali throws EFD on the apron and rams his shoulder into the ringpost. In the ring, Ali with a punch and a cover for 2. Another cover for 2. Ali gets EFD in a submission choke, and EFD breaks free. EFD powers up, but Ali grabs him by the hair and pulls him down. Ali goes out to ram EFD's leg into the ringpost, but EFD pulls his leg back and Ali's head bounces off the post instead. Back inside, they exchange blows until EFD goes for the Crossface again. Ali gets to the ropes. EFD on fire with punches, then a backslide for 2. EFD goes up top, but misses a flying headbutt. Ali takes the turnbuckle cover off. As the ref fixes it, the Congregation tries to remove the other 3, but get caught and sent to the back. Ali tries to hit EFD's head off an exposed turnbuckle, but EFD stops it. Ali tries to throw him into another one, but EFD slides to a stop and hits a dropkick. He covers for 2. Ali with an elbow and a neckbreaker, but EFD kicks out at 2. Ali covers again, and another kickout at 2. Ali attempts to hit EFD's head on the exposed turnbuckle, but the ref stops it. EFD throws Ali into the corner, but the ref is in the way. Ali then hits the ref with a clothesline. Ali is locked in the Crossface and taps, but the ref is down. EFD checks on the ref, but the Congregation is back out. They give Ali the title belt and he tries to hit EFD. EFD ducks and locks the Crossface back in. The Congregation gets in the ring as the ref recovers and calls for the bell.
WINNER: EFD by DQ, but STILL OVW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: ALI.
