This is the special report for OVW's Redemption, September 22, 2022!
TONIGHT:
-Tony Gunn & Omar Amir team up to face Adam Revolver & Jessie Godderz!
-For the OVW Tag Team Titles, Crixus & Luscious Lawrence do battle with the Fallen!
-Kal Herro, TW3, & Ryan Von Rockit meet up with the Royal Family's Tony Bizo & Dark Kloudz in a 6-man elimination tag!
-Jack Vaughn will have to defend the OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Title against another mystery opponent set up by OVW CEO Al Snow!
-Plus, Jada Stone goes up against Shawna Reed, Anthony Catena goes 1-on-1 with Gnarls Garvin, Manny Domingo vs. Jared Kripke in Rush Division action, and much more!

PRE-SHOW:
Eric Cornish & Linda Kay are the ring announcers.
Green controls early. She takes Arie off her feet and keeps her grounded. She also uses the ropes to her advantage to choke Arie. Green tries a few pinfalls, but can only get 2. Green hits Arie's arm off the mat and tries a roll-up with her feet on the ropes. Green clubs Arie in the ropes and covers again for 2. Arie snapmares Green, but misses a running clothesline. Green attacks the arm again and rolls Arie up for another 2. Green stomps the arm of Arie and kicks her in the ribs. Green elbows her across the back and wraps Arie's arm up in the ropes. Another cover for 2. Arie rolls Green up in a small package for 2. Green pulls Arie down to the mat by her hair. She throws Arie to the corner, but runs into a boot. Arie with a back elbow and she starts to fire back. Arie with a clothesline, then another. Arie hits a snap suplex and a DDT for 2. Green drops Arie with an armbreaker for 2. Arie connects with a German suplex and picks up the 3.
WINNER: GUIT-ARIE by pinfall.
Bruiser & Tony lock up, and Bruiser catches Tony with a boot off the ropes. Tony comes back and takes Bruiser down and chokes him. He drops a knee, then hits Bruiser with a spinning back elbow off the ropes. Bruiser gets Tony up on his shoulders, but Tony slides off, rolls Bruiser around and up, then slams him hard to the mat for the 3.
WINNER: EVANS by pinfall.
OVW TV (HOUR 1):
Bryan Kennison, Dancin' Stevie J, & Josh Ashcraft are on commentary, Eric Cornish & Linda Kay are the ring announcers.
They lock up and Beef plows Catena down off the ropes. Catena leaps over Beef off the ropes again, and tries a hip toss, but Beef just decks him. Catena catches him with a dropkick, but Beef comes back with a running cross body. Beef throws another hard right and hits Catena in the corner. Beef throws Catena hard into the corner and charges in with a back elbow. He covers Catena for 2. He dumps Catena over the ropes. Catena holds on and pulls himself back in. Beef catches him with a hard right, but misses another running cross body. Catena hits a swinging DDT and picks up the 3.
WINNER: CATENA by pinfall.
They exchange side headlocks and Jared takes control. Manny comes back with a backdrop for 2. Jared reverses a throw hard into the corner. He catapults Manny into the corner turnbuckle face first, then runs in with a double knee to the chest. Manny kicks him hard in the back, but runs into double boots from Jared. Jared with a tornado DDT and Manny rolls out to the floor. Jared dives through the ropes and takes Manny down on the ramp. Jared rolls him in for 2. Jared has him up, but Manny slides off and hits Jared with the flip slam off his back for 2. They exchange chops and Manny blocks a backstabber. Manny goes up top and nails a 450 splash to get the 1-2-3.
WINNER and #1 CONTENDER: DOMINGO by pinfall.
Truth has a side headlock on Jack, and Jack picks him up for a backdrop. Truth still keeps the side headlock locked in. Truth with a headscissor takedown. He charges Jack and hits another headscissor takedown. Jack hangs him up across the top rope, then chops him hard in the corner. Truth fires back, but runs into a big boot for 2. Jack throws Truth to the corner and misses a charge. Truth fires up and hits an inverted atomic drop. He hits a roundhouse kick off the ropes, but then gets hung up across the ropes by Jack. Turbo gets on the apron and argues with the ref. Jack grabs the title and swings at Truth, but he ducks and takes it away. The ref turns and sees Truth with the title and takes it away. Jack falls to the mat and makes it look like Turbo hit him. The ref throws Turbo out, but meanwhile, Jack low blows Truth and rolls him up for the 3.
WINNER and STILL KENTUCKY CHAMPION: VAUGHN by pinfall.
Kal, Ryan, & TW3 all make quick tags working over the arm of Deget. Bizo tags in and gets an atomic drop from Ryan. Kal tags in and fires away on Bizo, hitting him with a bionic elbow. Eric tags in and hits Kal in the corner andcovers for 2. TW3 tags in and hits Eric with a kick. Eric rolls to the apron and TW3 suplexes him in, but Deget pulls the foot from the outside. Eric falls on top of TW3 with Deget holding TW3's foot down to pick up the 3 and eliminate TW3. Ryan gets ganged up on while the ref tries to keep Kal in his corner. Eric has Ryan in a sleeper, but Ryan drops him with a jawbuster. Deget tags in and grabs Ryan while Bizo charges across the ring and knocks Kal off the apron. Kal tries to get in, but the ref keeps him back as Dark Kloudz hit their finisher on Ryan and eliminate him. Kal is by himself, but eliminates Eric with a sunset flip, then Deget after a super kick that knocks his wig off. Bizo plants him with a DDT for 2. Kal comes back and plants Bizo to the mat and picks up the 3!

OVW TV (HOUR 2):

Quick exchanges of arm drags and pinfall attempts. Jada hits a split-legged cutter and Reed rolls out to the floor. The Fallen come out and Amon possesses Reed. They go after Jada, too, but Crixus & Luscious Lawrence run out with kendo sticks and clear the ring.
NO CONTEST.
Crixus & Luscious hit Reverend with a double clothesline and double suplex. Interference from the outside allows the Fallen to take advantage against Crixus. Crixus tries to make the tag, but Reverend knocks Luscious off the apron. Crixus is finally able to hit Reverend off and tag Luscious. Luscious clotheslines Reverend and hits a huge back body drop on D'mone. He sit down slams Reverend and sets him up for a suplex, but Reverend bites him and tags D'mone. D'mone drops a headbutt across the chest. Reverend tags in and tries to double team, but Luscious delivers a meeting of the minds. He clotheslines D'mone to the floor, then ZDP runs in. He press slams ZDP onto D'mone & Amon outside. He tags Crixus, who goes diving out onto all of them. He scoops Reverend up for the One Night Stand, but Reed gets in and starts crying. Luscious checks on her, but she gets up and smiles before kicking Luscious below the belt. Reverend puts the claw on Luscious down to the mat and gets the 3.
WINNERS and STILL TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS: THE FALLEN by pinfall.
After the match, D'mone & Reverend bring out a barbed wire table. As Reed & ZDP choke Luscious with a chain, Amon, Reverend, & D'mone triple powerbomb Crixus through the table.
Ca$h controls early, powering Turbo the mat. Turbo tries to grab Dimes' powder, but Dimes pulls it away. Turbo avoids the chop shop and a running cross body. He controls for a bit, but Ca$h fires back with some hard chops and hits the running cross body. He goes up top, but while the ref tries to keep Dimes out of the ring, Truth hits Ca$h down with a video cassette case. Turbo covers for 2. While Truth argues with the ref, Turbo gets the powder in his eyes and Ca$h rolls him up for 2 as Truth breaks the count. The ref tries to keep Dimes away from Truth and Truth gets in and nails Ca$h in the back of the head with the case again. Turbo covers and gets the 3.
WINNER and #1 CONTENDER: TURBO by pinfall.
The next OVW Special will be on October 29. It's OVW's No Rest for the Wicked and it will feature the annual Nightmare Cup!
Tony makes a beeline to the ring and gets attacked by Adam & Jessie before Omar makes his entrance. Omar runs out to even the odds. Tony goes to town on Adam and throws him into the corner. He begs him to tag Jessie in, but Jessie jumps off the apron to avoid the tag. Tony wants his hands on Jessie and Omar has to try and keep him focused on the match. Omar hip tosses Adam in from the apron. He hits Adam in the corner and bounces him off the turnbuckle face first in opposite corners. While the ref tries to keep Tony in his corner, Jessie hits Omar from behind allowing Adam to fall on top of him. Adam rakes Omar's face and drops him with a neckbreaker. He covers for 2. Omar gets free and tags Tony. Jessie avoids the tag from Adam. Tony fires away and hits him with a knee. Tony covers Adam, and Jessie gets in to break it. Tony moves and Jessie drops an elbow on Adam. Adam sneaks up behind Tony and locks in a sleeper. Jessie hits Tony with a chain behind the ref's back. Adam gets the cover for the 3.
WINNERS: GODDERZ & REVOLVER by pinfall.
After the match, Gunn & Omar brawl with Jessie & Adam and run them off to the back.
