Without further ado:
Here we go...
Pre-Show Dark Matches:
That concludes tonight's pre-show dark matches. I always recommend watching
the episode first on TV or online before reading the rest of the report.
Again, you can check it out on WBNA ion-21 in the Louisville area Saturdays at 11AM and 10PM (check local listings)
and on OVW's official website Mondays at www.ovwrestling.com/tv.
Gilbert Corsey, Shannon the Dude & Ron Hed are on commentary, and Ron is also the ring announcer.
Big Jon comes out with the OVW Television Title. He says he got an e-mail on the way to the arena, stating it was mandatory that he start the show by giving back the title. He dares anyone to come take it from him. Josh Ashcraft leads out Devin Driscoll, Casey Reeves, & Rocco Bellagio. Josh says that's fine, he's a dead man.
Rocco & Devin enter the ring and double team Jon. Ryan Howe then runs out to help even up the numbers and get his hands on Rocco. Dean Hill then comes out and says they are trying to screw up his main event.
Dean Hill's law says that instead of Rocco vs. Jon, it will now be Rocco & Devin vs. Ryan & Jon.
After the match, an unknown man runs into the ring, attacking Huff. He slams him hard and yells at him to "give it back". This left the fans wondering who he was and what he wanted back.
After the match, Ringmaster & Dan attack Rump. Leon Shelly comes out and they yell at him to help them, but instead he attacks them and helps Rump. He grabs a mic and says that he cleaned their boots and carried their gear, but at SNS, he will be Rump's partner and kick their butts!
Private Anthony defeats Rev. Stu Miles. Stu is powered down early by Anthony, and then gets the idea to make Anthony chase him around the ring a bit. Back inside, he tries to roll Anthony up quickly, but Anthony powers out. Stu tries some running "Be Healed" slaps to the head, but Anthony takes Stu down and puts him away with a big powerslam for the 3.
OVW Heavyweight Champion "Wrestling's Rockstar" Ryan Howe & Big Jon vs. Golden Ticket Winner Rocco Bellagio & OVW Television Champion Devin Driscoll (w/Josh Ashcraft & Casey Reeves) ends in a no-contest. Early on, the referee is trying to keep Big Jon at bay in his corner, and meanwhile Driscoll & Rocco are working over Howe with a chair. It basically becomes a handicap match with Rocco & Driscoll using the numbers advantage and punishing Jon. Howe comes back to the ring injured and gets a hot tag. The match then breaks down and is ruled a no-contest as the referee loses control. On the outside, Driscoll tries to hit Jon with the TV Title, but Jon ducks, grbas the title, and clocks Driscoll. Jon walks off with the title again. Inside the ring, Rocco catches Howe with a Rocco Bottom, and holds the belt up over a laid-out Howe to end the show.
This ended the TV taping.

As always, thanks for reading!
I'm sure you know that "Nightmare" Ken Wayne was given 20 years on child pornography charges. According to the Wiki page he is listed as a board member for OVW. Whether this is true or not they (OVW) need to have him removed because it gives this organization a black eye.
ReplyDeleteFrom what i just read it is true and im sure they will take care of the board of directors thing give them a few days its as easy as just removing him there are processes they have to go through cause i believe he has some ownership in OVW as well
DeleteWhat did Mitchell Huff have that he needed to give back? And where was security?
