Without further ado:

Here we go...

Pre-Show Dark Matches:

William Lutz defeats SK Eveslage. They lock up, and SK works over the arm/shoulder of Lutz. He throws him shoulder first into the ringpost, then again. He continues to hammer the arm, then wraps it up in the ropes. He hits a USK elbow drop, then shoulders him in the corner. He charges in, but Lutz moves. SK hits the ringpost, then Lutz throws him into the other ringpost. Lutz slams him and delivers a hip toss. He hits a moonsault and gets the 3.

"The Void": Chace Destiny, Houdini, & Nigel (w/Amon) defeats BGB, Ashton Cole, & Andrew Thomas. Ashton gets a hurricanrana on Nigel, but he tags Thomas, and the Void takes control and works him over for the majority of the match. BGB gets a hot tag and cleans house, but he gets distracted by Amon on the outside. Chace recovers, plants him with the Butterfly Effect, and gets the 3.

Torey gets out and fires back with some clotheslines. She charges Jessie in the corner, then monkey flips her out. She tries to pin for 2. She hits a neckbreaker and slams her. She goes up top, but DL3 runs out and distracts the ref. Meanwhile, Jaylee runs out and shoves Torey off the top rope. Jessie connects with the Belle Ringer for the 3.

Apollo "Showtime" Garvin defeats Christian Hernandez. Christian comes out firing away, but Apollo hits him in the eyes. He hits him, slaps him, and suplexes him. Apollo takes off the top turnbuckle. As the ref puts it back on, Christian starts firing back. Apollo grabs his fanny pack as Christian charges at him, and nails him in the face to get the 3.

That concludes tonight's pre-show dark matches. I always recommend watching the episode first on TV or online before reading the rest of the report. Again, you can check it out on WBNA-21 in the Louisville area Saturdays at 11AM and 9PM (check local listings) and on OVW's official website Mondays at www.ovwrestling.com/ovw-media.html.

"Shotgun" Tony Gunn (w/Flex) defeats Big Zo. Gunn locks him up from behind, then locks a side headlock. Zo shoves him off the ropes and shoulder blocks him down. Off the ropes again, Flex grabs Zo's feet. Gunn hits him from behind, but runs into a big slam. Zo hits the Are You Serious legdrop for 2. Gunn rolls out and Zo goes to grab him. Gunn pulls his head across the top rope. He goes up and hits him with a flying knee to the head for 2. Gunn kicks him out of the ring and distracts the ref for Flex to get in some cheap shots on the outside. Gunn hits him in the face and throws him off the ropes. Zo kicks him, but off the ropes, Gunn comes back with a neckbreaker drop. Gunn distracts the ref again, and Flex chokes Zo in the ropes. Gunn kicks him in the side. Zo fires back and hits him into the corner. He misses a charge and Gunn jumps on his back for a sleeper hold. Zo drops back on the mat to break it. Gunn charges at Zo, but Zo moves and splashes him in the corner. He hits a roundhouse kick and charges at Gunn. Gunn pulls down the top rope and Zo flies out, but lands on his feet. He hits Flex, then trips Gunn up as he gets on the apron. He slams Gunn, then goes up for the Zo bomb. Flex gets back up and on the apron to distract Zo and the ref. Gunn gets back up and low blows Zo. Zo falls to the mat and Gunn gets the 3.
After the match, Dapper Dan runs out with the kendo stick and goes after Gunn & Flex.

"The Real Deal" Randall Floyd defeats Billy O. Randall & Billy exchange holds early. Off the ropes, Billy hits an arm drag, hip toss, and slam. Randall comes back with the same trifecta and we have a stalemate. Randall hits him in the corner. He goes for the Deal Breaker, but Billy slides off. He clotheslines him, dropkicks him, and hits a big spinebuster. He connects with the high knee in the corner. He puts him up on his shoulders, but Randall slides off. He clotheslines Billy and powerslams him. He goes for a DDT in the ropes, but Billy knocks him down and boots him in the face. Billy gets him up again, but Randall again slides off, powerslams him, and hits the DDT in the ropes. He hits the finisher and gets the 3.

Amon defeats "Livewire" KTD. Amon with the control early, totally dominating KTD. He hits him with a big side slam for 2. He chops him hard in the corner twice, then slams him down for 2. Amon hits a big clothesline, then another, then KTD ducks a third and hits him with an atomic drop. He connects with a back body drop. He hits him with a back elbow, then runs into a big clothesline from Amon. Amon hits the pedigree for the 3.

Michael Hayes comes out saying he talked about Run for the Ropes last week, but this week it's time to find out who his opponent will be. He calls for Dean Hill to come out, then says Dean Hill is not here because he has a restraining order. He says it's his law, not Dean's. Dapper Dan comes out from behind and attacks him with the kendo stick. He gets in quite a few shots and they brawl to the back.

ANARCHY RULES QUALIFIER: "The Boy Wonder" Sam Thompson defeats Dr. Ted McNaler. Ted says this is an open challenge and says he is going to make this a charity match, where the winner qualifies, and the loser has to get their head shaved for St. Baldrick's. He challenges someone that is a thorn in his side...Mike Lacett! He tells Lacett to come in and prove who the real sports guy is.
Meanwhile, Sam comes out from behind and takes Ted's bat away. He hits him in the head with it. He takes off Ted's helmet and hits him with a super kick for the 3.

OVW TELEVISION TITLE: Scott Cardinal defeats "The River City Dragon" Logan James (c) by DQ. Cardinal takes LJ down and off his game early. LJ takes several breaks on the outside. He comes back with a kick to the gut, but Cardinal takes him back down. Cardinal chops him hard and works him over. LJ comes back with a dropkick, and gets a 2. Cardinal comes back with an inverted suplex. He takes LJ down with a spinebuster for 2. LJ comes back, but again Cardinal takes control and hits his finisher. He goes for the pin, but DL3 has came out with Jaylee and pulls Cardinal off the pin. Cardinal grabs DL3, but the Bro Godz & Dimes run out and attack him from behind to cause the DQ.
After the match, DL3 & the Entourage continue to beat down Cardinal, and LJ just leaves, leaving Cardinal to fend for himself.
The Top Guys run out to help Cardinal and run DL3's crew off.

This ended the TV taping.

Post-Show Dark Matches:

"The Top Guys": Kevin Giza & "The Winter Swoldier" Adam Slade defeat "The Bro Godz": Colton Cage & Dustin Jackson (w/Dimes). A quick start for Giza & Slade. Both Bros are knocked to the floor, and Slade flips out onto both of them. Giza goes up, but Dimes causes a long enough distraction for Dustin to get up and superplex him. The Bros hit the "B-R-O" punches and dropkick on Giza, as well as Bro 69, but can't put him away. Giza gets the hot tag to Slade. Slade uppercuts the Bros and powerslams Colton. He superkicks Dustin and then with Giza, they hit their finisher for the 3.

As always, thanks for reading!
