This is the OVW Report for Thursday, March 10, 2022.

Earl Joseph is the ring announcer.

Tony Lee Deputy vs. "The Triple R Superstar" Reverend Ronnie Roberts.

Ronnie with an arm drag takedown. Tony locks him up from behind, then locks up the arm. Off the ropes, Tony takes Ronnie down. He delivers three arm drags, then monkey flips Ronnie. Ronnie hits him in the corner and stomps him. Ronnie with a suplex and drops a knee to the face. Ronnie locks in a submission, but Tony lifts up and rams him into the corner to break it. Tony with a dropkick and he fires away, but off the ropes, Ronnie catches him with a high knee. Ronnie delivers the Mighty Hand of God and gets the 3.

WINNER: RONNIE by pinfall.

DC vs. "Rudo" Raul LaMotta.

DC takes Raul down with his power early. Raul back with some chops, but off the ropes, DC catches him and delivers a big powerslam. He splashes him in the corner and slams him. He locks Raul up in a submission, but Raul stomps on his feet to break the hold. Raul fires up with some more chops. Off the ropes, Raul tries some clotheslines. DC stays up. He reverses a throw to the corner, but runs into a boot. Raul with a running forearm off the ropes. He rolls him up and gets the 3.

WINNER: RAUL by pinfall.

Big Zo vs. Kimba.

Kimba fires away at Zo and headbutts him, but turns around into a big clothesline. Kimba dropkicks Zo to the corner, then charges in and is caught. He hits an overhead suplex to Kimba, then delivers the Are You Serious? legdrop for 2. Kimba tries to come back again, but runs into another massive clothesline. Zo hits him, then puts him in a chinlock. Kimba tries to fire back, but Zo suplexes him. Zo misses another Are You Serious? legdrop and Kimba dropkicks his knee. He super kicks Zo and covers for 2. He runs into a slam from Zo. Zo hits the Zo bomb, but then goes to the top rope and hits a super Zo bomb for an emphatic 3.

WINNER: ZO by pinfall.

OVW TV (HOUR 1):

Bryan Kennison & Dancin' Stevie J are on commentary, Eric Cornish is the ring announcer.

"The Alpha Athlete" Chris Owens vs. "Shotgun" Tony Gunn.

Gunn takes the fight to Owens early. He faceplants him, then takes out the trash. He knees him in the face, but when he leaps off the top rope for the flying knee, he eats a super kick from Owens. Owens fires on Gunn, but Gunn gets fired up and pounds away on him after a Lou Thesz press. He nails the Killshot and gets the 3.

WINNER: GUNN by pinfall.

Turbo Floyd vs. "Mr. Juicy" Luscious Lawrence.

Floyd fires at Luscious, but Luscious roars back with some hits and a slam. He kicks Floyd in the corner and shakes the ropes as Floyd ends up in a bad position on them. Floyd with a throat thrust and snapmare. He covers for 2. He drops several elbows, then kicks Luscious in the corner. Luscious fires back, but Floyd comes back with a big right to the jaw. He chokes Luscious in the ropes. He misses a charge, but snapmares Luscious. He then misses a kneedrop. Luscious fires up again and then hits a fameasser off the middle rope. He scoops him up and hits the One Night Stand for the 3.

WINNER: LUSCIOUS by pinfall.

"The Nephilim" D'mone Solavino vs. "Certified" Luke Kurtis vs. "Big Whiskey" Jared Kripke vs. "Flawless" Jake Lawless.

Kripke goes right after D'mone and clotheslines them both out of the ring. Jake rolls Luke up for 2 inside. D'mone throws Jared into the ring apron and gets in. Jake & Luke hit D'mone with a double back elbow, then fight over the pin. Kripke gets back in and pounds away on D'mone. Luke & Jake hit Kripke with a double backdrop. Jake runs into a boot from Luke, then Luke hits a running forearm for 2 as D'mone breaks it up. D'mone hits Luke with a stunner, then back body drops Jake while delivering a Samoan drop to Luke. D'mone & Jake fight in the corner. Kripke climbs up top in the opposite corner. He hits D'mone with a flying cross body and pounds on him. He tosses Jake out of the ring, then hits Luke with a backstabber. Jake comes back in and gets a codebreaker. Kripke goes back after D'mone. D'mone then eats a clothesline from Luke. Jake hits an elbow to the back of Luke for 2. He covers D'mone for 2, then Kripke for 2. Jake grabs a chair and gets on the apron. D'mone throws Luke into the chair and Jake. Kripke hits D'mone below the belt and rolls him up in a small package for the 3.

WINNER: KRIPKE by pinfall.

Truth Magnum vs. "The Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya. 

Hy with some quick arm drags. He knocks Shiloh out of the ring and Hy dropkicks him through the ropes. He hits him on the ramp and as he goes to get in, Truth kicks the ropes. Truth works him over, but Hy waves off an attack from behind and does a flip over roll up for the 3.

WINNER: HY ZAYA by pinfall.

After the match, Truth attacks Hy from behind. He goes to throw him out, but Hy reverses. Truth grabs a chair from under the ring and gets back in to hit Hy, but the lights go out. "Ninja Vanished".

"Double A" Arie Alexander (w/OVW Heavyweight Champion Ryan Howe) vs. Dream Girl Ellie.

Ellie fires away early and hits a boot to the face of Arie seated in the corner. She is on a roll until Howe trips her off the ropes. Arie takes control and Howe chokes Ellie in the ropes with the ref's back turned. Arie finishes her off with a twisted faceplant for the 3.

WINNER: ARIE by pinfall.

4 WAY TAG TEAM TURMOIL: "Dysfunction": Brandon Espinosa & "The Iron Bear" Tom Coffey vs. OVW Tag Team Champions "Dark Kloudz": "Hustler" Deget Bundlez & "Elusive" Eric Darkstorm vs. "Level X": "Unforgettable" Axton Ray & "The Sultan of the Sky" Blanco Loco vs. "Bankroll": Ca$h Flo & "Big Money" Dimes.

All 8 men come out fighting all over and around the ring. Too much action to call it all. Garbage cans, crutches, chairs, cooking sheets, chains, and a table all come into play. In the end, Dimes hits Deget with a Change Maker, then hits Eric onto a table. Ca$h goes up top and hits Payload on Eric and gets the 3.

WINNERS: BANKROLL by pinfall.

OVW TV (HOUR 2):

It's time for the Good Word with Reverend Ronnie Roberts. His guest is the NEW OVW National Champion, Mahabali Shera! Ronnie says the suit and title looks good on him. Shera says March 5 was the biggest night of his life. When he came to America 6 years ago, he was alone, but not against the bully Jessie Godderz. All of the fans were behind him. He says he is big on respect and Jessie was disrespectful of him and his family. He says he thought his career was over when he broke his foot, but he came back and won the National Title. He is now the face of OVW. Ronnie says he has some video of some people who want to congratulate him. We see some videos from Kurt Angle, Jeff Jarrett, & James Storm, all congratulating Shera on his big win. We then see some videos from Shera's family also congratulating him. Shera is emotional and says it was not easy to come this far by himself, but there was always one goal to be on top! This is his jungle and he is ready to rule!

"The Unstoppable Danger" Leila Grey vs. OVW Women's Champion "The Queen of the North" Freya the Slaya.

Leila dropkicks Freya to the floor. She goes on the attack and jumps on Freya's back. Freya rams her into the corner to break her hold. She smacks her in the ropes and locks her in a submission. The ref makes her break before the 5 count. Leila fires back, but Freya catches her and slams her into the corner. She sets her up on the top turnbuckle. Leila kicks her away and jumps on her for 2. Freya catches her with a big boot to the face, then chokeslams her. She hits the Queen's legdrop for the 3.

WINNER: FREYA by pinfall.

DNA vs. OVW Kentucky Heavyweight Champion "The Complete Package" Tony Bizo (w/"Hollyhood" Haley J).

Bizo takes the fight to DNA out of the gate. He uppercuts him in the corner and delivers a clothesline. DNA comes back with a backdrop, but tries for something else and Bizo tosses him off. Bizo puts him away with the Bizo Bomb for the 3.

WINNER: BIZO by pinfall.

Ryan Howe comes out with Arie Alexander and gives an acceptance speech, thanking himself for his win over Omar Amir. Omar comes out and says he can't believe he's out here acting like he accomplished something, when the only reason he won is because of the well-endowed ho standing beside him. He knows he has a long road back to the top, but he will do whatever it takes to get there, taking some of his frustration out later tonight. Howe sings "back of the line, back of the line" as he plays guitar and exits the ring.

"Prizefighter" Sam Knight vs. Crixus.

Before the match begins, Amon appears on screen and says he has something else planned special for Crixus soon. Sam takes the fight to Crixus early, who is wearing tape around his eyes from the mist Amon spewed in his face this past Saturday. Crixus fights back and hits a belly-to-belly suplex. He throws Sam's manager around and then hits a Glasgow Kiss for the 3.

WINNER: CRIXUS by pinfall.

"The Star of the Show" Star Rider vs. Omar Amir.

Star tries to kick Omar, but he catches his boot. Star smacks him. Omar throws him hard to the corner. He hits a fall away slam and Star rolls to the outside. Star avoids a charge and Omar runs into the steel barricade. Star runs him into it again, then into the ring apron. Inside, Star covers for 1. He hits Omar across the back and kicks his leg. Omar fires back. He kicks Star in the corner, then throws him hard to the opposite corner. Omar elbows him across the back of the head. STar comes back with a super kick, then a second. He covers for another 1 count. He pounds Omar on the mat, then Omar fires back. Omar rams him into the corner as Star keeps clubbing him across the back. Omar throws him off, then Star comes back with a dropkick for 2. Star stomps him and hits him on the head. Omar back with an uppercut, but then Star hits him with a dropkick for 2. Omar throws Star off again, but Star super kicks his knee and kicks him down for 2. Star tries to suplex him, but Omar reverses. Omar with the leaping clothesline and t-bone suplex. Star runs into an overhead belly-to-back suplex. Arie Alexander is out to distract the ref. Ryan Howe runs out and takes out Omar's leg. Star hits Omar with a shining wizard, then connects with Orion's Belt for 2! Star misses a charge and gets caught up in the ropes. Omar hits him with Island Time for the 3.

WINNER: OMAR by pinfall.
