Hello OVW fans! Brian Cannon here again, but this time with another special guest and good friend to OVWmania, referee Chris Sharpe! Since there has been so much talk about "fairness", I thought it was only fair that Chris get an opportunity to respond to what Josh Ashcraft had to say in our recent interview!

BC: Chris, how do you respond to Josh's claim that you are targeting him because you're scared of losing your spot as top ref?
CS: First, I want to say thanks a lot for having me as a guest. I appreciate all you do for OVW. What I don't appreciate, is the bullcrap I hear every week coming from Josh Ashcraft's mouth. Because of this, I didn't even read your interview with him, because I knew it would be exactly that...crap. I appreciate all of the respect that OVW, the boys and girls in the locker room, and the fans have given me for 6 years, but I don't feel I need a title like "Senior Referee" to get that respect. I don't obsess over things like that, unlike some people. However, I do feel like it's power in the wrong hands if Josh calls all the shots acting the way that he does.

Exclusive Interview With Josh Ashcraft!

Hello OVW fans! Brian Cannon here with a very special interview. I was able to sit down and talk with someone who has been in the middle of a lot of controversy recently. He has been an OVW referee for several years and was recently promoted to "co-senior" official with the assistance of some legal paperwork. I am talking about none other than Josh Ashcraft! I tried to get some answers from him that I know are on a lot of people's minds!

BC: Josh, can you explain things from your side of the story?
JA: My side of the story? There is no "my side of the story". There's just the truth...Chris Sharpe made outrageous accusations about me and my refereeing abilities. So I missed some outside interference...it happens. We all make mistakes. Why should I be subjected to BS fines and suspensions?
