This is the OVW Report for the July 1, 2017 Saturday Night Special "Anarchy"!

Tonight:

-Big Jon defends the Heavyweight Title against Adam Revolver with Michael Hayes as special referee

-Cali defends the Women's Title against Mickie Knuckles

-Rev. Stu defends the TV Title against David Lee Lorenze III & Jade Dawson in a triple threat match

Your announcers for tonight are Gilbert Corsey, Ted McNaler, & Ron Hed, and KC is ring announcer.

"The Candy Man" Willy Sweet vs. "The River City Dragon" LJ.

Sweet has candy logos on him and face paint like an oompa loompa. He actually has the early control, although he loses his wig. LJ fires back and hits the kick to the back of Sweet's head, followed by a frog splash for the 3.

WINNER: LJ by pinfall.

GOLDEN TICKET BATTLE ROYAL:
(Winner receives a shot at any title, any place, any time).

Justin Smooth, Houdini, the Blue Chipper, the Bro Godz, Randall Floyd, the Vet Express, the Void, Tyler Matrix, Big Zo, KTD, Mike Honcho, & Jacob Black are all in the ring when Adam Slade's music hits. Slade makes a few laps around the ring and has a Captain America shield that he clocks Houdini in the head with as he finally gets in the ring. Order of elimination: Raul LaMotta, Apollo, Colton Cage, Smooth, Dustin Jackson, KTD, Honcho, Houdini, Chipper, Black, Damion, Chace Destiny, Floyd, & Matrix. This left Zo & Slade as the final two. Zo climbs the pole to retrieve the Golden Ticket. Slade is furious and tries to attack Zo, but gets a massive slam for his troubles.

WINNER: BIG ZO.

Ca$h Flo vs. Kevin Giza.

Giza ducks several chop attempts by Ca$h and tries using his speed to his advantage. He knocks the big man off his feet, but misses the 450. Ca$h gives him 2 big chops, powerslams him into the corner turnbuckle, then delivers the Wall Street Crash for the 3.

WINNER: CA$H by pinfall.

OVW TELEVISION TITLE TRIPLE THREAT MATCH: David Lee Lorenze III vs. Jade Dawson vs. "The Pastor of Disaster" Rev. Stuart Miles (c).

David entered the arena with a bunch of paparazzi taking his picture. He starts his countdown once Jade & Stu are in the ring. Jade & Stu go after each other at 3, and David is mad that they went before his countdown was finished. Stu & Jade both hit him. A lot of quick back and forth action. David's assistant distracts the ref, and Jade grabs a chair and hits Stu in the back twice as he was about to claw slam David. Jade then goes over to tell the assistant to get down, but she blows makeup powder in his face. David rolls him up to get the 3.

WINNER and NEW OVW TV CHAMPION: DLL3 by pinfall.

After the match, David starts giving an acceptance speech saying he'd like to thank several people. Most of all, he'd like to thank God...for not helping Rev. Stu! Big Zo's music cuts him off and Zo is out to cash his golden ticket!
OVW TELEVISION TITLE MATCH: Big Zo vs. David Lee Lorenze III (c).

Zo quickly squashes David in the corner with a splash, then hits the Zo bomb for the 3!

WINNER and NEW OVW TV CHAMPION: ZO by pinfall.

OVW WOMEN'S TITLE "MICKIE'S PLAYHOUSE" MATCH: Mickie Knuckles vs. Cali (c).

Mickie is out with chairs, then a trash can of goodies that includes a skeleton. Cali comes out with a hot start, but Mickie quickly overpowers her. Mickie hits 3 suplex slams into the steel pole. Cali starts to fire back and gets a wooden door out and puts it in the ring. Mickie regains control and throws Cali out of the ring. She sets the door up between two chairs and pumphandle slams Cali through it. Cali is out and has to be checked on and taken out by stretcher by Ted McNaler and the OVW medical team.

WINNER and NEW OVW WOMEN'S CHAMPION: MICKIE by KO.

"The Vet Express": "Rudo" Raul LaMotta & Apollo vs. "The Bro Godz": Colton Cage & Dustin Jackson.
The Vets are out and say they want respect. Cage is worked over for a good portion of the match before tagging in Dustin. Raul gets the upper hand and has Dustin pinned with help from Apollo on the outside. Cage sees this, and goes and knocks Apollo off the apron. Dustin then rolls Raul up for the 3.
WINNERS: BRO GODZ by pinfall.

OVW HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH (SPECIAL REFEREE: Michael Hayes): Adam Revolver vs. Big Jon (c).
Adam tries some tests of strength early which was an obvious mistake. He then targets the leg and works it over and even has a figure four locked in on the big man at one point. Jon comes back and attempts a chokeslam. Adam gets out and hits the rollover russian leg sweep for 2. Adam rolls out and gets a chair. He slides it in the ring and Jon steps on it. Jon picks it up and Hayes takes it away and tells him he can't use that. Jon goes for another chokeslam, but Hayes takes the chair and hits Jon twice across the back. He follows it up with a head shot. Adam covers and Hayes counts the 3!

WINNER and NEW OVW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION: REVOLVER by pinfall.
